Handmade Cow, Buffalo, Goat & Sheep ghee — prepared the traditional way, no shortcuts, no mixing. From our home to yours, across North India.
From the cow to your kitchen — every jar of our ghee goes through five slow, handmade steps. No machines, no shortcuts, just the way our family has always made it.
Every morning, our desi cows and buffaloes are milked by hand in the courtyard. The milk is used fresh the same day — nothing stored, nothing frozen.
The fresh milk is boiled slowly over a wood-fired chulha, cooled, and set into curd overnight using a bit of the previous day's curd as culture — the old-fashioned way.
The next day, the curd is churned by hand in a wooden bilona (madhani) using a twisted rope, exactly as our grandmothers did — separating pure white makkhan (butter) from the buttermilk.
The makkhan is simmered gently in a brass vessel over a low wood fire, stirred by hand until it turns golden and the pure ghee separates — a process that takes patience, not machines.
Once golden and aromatic, the ghee is strained through clean cloth into jars while still warm, sealed fresh, and readied to be shipped straight to your kitchen.
